Base

  • 1 cup Cashew milk
  • 2 tablespoons Raw cashews

Fruit

  • 1 medium Frozen banana

Flavor & Color

  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder or more to taste

Flavor

  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

Optional Boost

  • ¼ teaspoon Fresh ginger root optional

Instructions
 

  • Add cashew milk, raw cashews, frozen banana, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and ginger (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Add more cashew milk if needed to help blending.
  • Taste and adjust flavors by adding more matcha or ginger if desired, then blend briefly again.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while cold and thick.

Notes

Freeze bananas ahead of time for best texture. Soak cashews for 30 minutes if using a low-powered blender. Adjust thickness with more or less milk. Add protein powder or chia seeds for variation. If too bitter, add more banana or a touch of sweetener.
