Raspberry Lemonade
- 2 ½ cups frozen raspberries about 250g; fresh raspberries may also be used
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 3 lemons
- 7 cups cold water
- 30 drops SweetLeaf liquid stevia adjust to taste; other liquid stevia brands may vary in sweetness
- as needed ice for serving
Add the frozen raspberries to a large pitcher.
Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold water.
Add 30 drops of liquid stevia, then taste and adjust with more stevia if you prefer a sweeter lemonade.
Stir gently until the lemonade is well mixed and the raspberries begin to infuse the drink.
Add ice to the pitcher and serve over more ice.
Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor. Adjust the stevia to taste, since brands vary in sweetness.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and stir before serving. Freeze leftovers into ice cubes so future glasses do not get watered down.
