Ingredients
  

Million Dollar Crack Dip Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened, room temperature
  • 1 cup Sour cream full-fat preferred
  • 1 oz Ranch seasoning Hidden Valley works best
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese sharp cheddar recommended
  • 3 stalks Green onions chopped, white and green parts
  • ½ cup Cooked bacon chopped, or quality bacon bits
  • tsp Seasoned salt optional but recommended

Instructions
 

  • Remove cream cheese from refrigeration 45 minutes before starting. Ensure it is soft and pliable.
  • In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and seasoned salt. Beat on medium speed for 90 seconds until smooth.
  • Gently fold in shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, and bacon using a rubber spatula. Reserve a tablespoon of bacon for garnish.
  • Transfer dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, garnish with reserved bacon and extra green onion slices. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetables.

Notes

For variations, try adding jalapeños for a spicy version, mix in hash browns and chives for a loaded baked potato twist, or swap bacon for sun-dried tomatoes and pecans for a vegetarian version.
