  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 20 slices pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle about 1/4 cup mozzarella on each, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Add 5 slices of pepperoni evenly over the cheese on each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly, slice into rounds, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
