  • Muffin tin
  • Spoon

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Peanut butter Natural, creamy style
  • 1.5 cups Rolled oats Old-fashioned, not instant
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup Pure, Grade A
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips Semi-sweet or dark

Instructions

  • Add rolled oats to a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.
  • Melt peanut butter and maple syrup together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  • Gradually add oat flour to the peanut butter mixture, stirring constantly until it forms a thick, moldable dough.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners and scoop the peanut butter oat mixture evenly into each cup, pressing firmly.
  • Melt chocolate chips (with optional coconut oil) and pour over each peanut butter oat base, spreading evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm, then remove from liners or silicone molds and serve.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter and process oats finely for best results. Press the base firmly to prevent crumbling. Try variations like almond butter, pumpkin puree, or mini chocolate chips for added flavor.
