Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 tablespoon Raw honey Use raw, unfiltered honey for best benefits

Spices

  • a pinch to ¼ teaspoon Turmeric
  • a pinch to ¼ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • a small pinch pinch Black pepper

Adaptogen (choose one)

  • ¼ teaspoon Ashwagandha or Lion's Mane mushroom powder Choose one adaptogen

Liquid

  • 1 cup (240ml) Warm water (40–50°C) Do not use boiling water

Optional

  • a small squeeze Fresh lemon juice
  • a small pinch or dash Fresh ginger Grated or juiced

Instructions
 

  • Warm water to about 40–50°C, ensuring it is hot but not boiling to preserve honey enzymes.
  • In a mug, mix turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and adaptogen with a small splash of warm water to form a smooth paste.
  • Stir raw honey into the spice paste until fully combined into a thick mixture.
  • Slowly add the remaining warm water while stirring to fully dissolve and blend the ingredients.
  • Add optional lemon juice or ginger, then sip warm and enjoy as a morning focus tonic.

Notes

Always use Ceylon cinnamon instead of Cassia for better safety and flavor. Start with smaller spice amounts if you are new to turmeric or adaptogens. For a creamier version, replace water with warm plant-based milk. This drink is best consumed fresh in the morning for optimal absorption and effect.
